Weight Loss - Fat Burning Energy Foods
If you are more focused on goals relating to losing fat than maintaining
energy, then you will be interested to know that there are are certain
foods that take more energy to digest than they contain; the end
result is they consume you more than you consume them. These
foods are great meal starters. For instance:
- An unpeeled apple 15 minutes prior to breakfast. The pectin
in the apple peel helps stabilise your blood sugar, throughout
the day.
- 1-2 raw carrots immediately prior to lunch. It’s a very
low energy density food.
- 1-2 raw celery sticks prior to a high protein, low-carb dinner.
