In term of energy, I am like a child. If I get over-tired, or depleted
in energy, my wheels fall off! Fortunately I know this about myself
and as soon as the signs start appearing I immediately go into energy
recovery mode, for both my sake and those around me.

Energy and Aging
The best way to lose fat is to have energy to burn.
Fatigue is often not just a result of overwork or lack of sleep.
Nor is it because you’re aging. You’re aging because
you’re running out of energy. And, you are running out of
energy because free radicals are stealing it.
Free radicals are like having a dimmer control switch on your
body. As the level of free radicals in your body increases, the
damage to cells increases, zapping your limited energy supply. This
damage shows up as all the signs of aging.
Fortunately you have another control mechanism; your mouth. Controlling
what enters your mouth, has a large impact on the level of free
radicals, and hence the amount of energy you have available for
activities other than fighting aging.
It's so not about how much you eat; it's about what you eat.
