Using EFT For Insomnia
Sleep disorders affect different people in different ways. Some
have trouble getting to sleep, others staying asleep longer than
a few hours and others going back to sleep if disrupted during the
night.
One treatment I have been working with effectively for sleep disorders
is EFT -
Emotional Freedom Technique.
EFT helps to identify the hidden emotional elements that contribute
to a range of different health issues, including sleep disorders.
Whilst its methods may seem a little too way out there for some,
I urge you to watch the video below, and at least try EFT. It certainly
cannot do any harm, and it is most likely to resolve MORE than just
your sleep issues.
